Jennifer Meyer
Jennifer has been practicing yoga for 20+ years. Also a passionate runner, she finds yoga a great compliment to her running. She has completed multiple teacher trainings and brings a personable and friendly approach to the mat. She strives to create a space where new and experienced students can reach their full potential. Her philosophy is that yoga is a powerful way to get to know your own body and tap into the superpower that we all have inside of us.
